Once you know the “what” and your “why,” the “how” becomes much easier.

As a weight loss brief and real EFT practitioner, I have a lot of clients that come to me knowing that they want to lose weight but don’t have a get idea of what that means or why they want it.

In order to help clients get clear, I often ask the following questions:

1.What do you ultimately want? (I ask clients to get specific here. For example, lose 20 lbs. and get down to 12% body fat.)

2.What do you want to vicariousness in re your body/health/fitness right now?

3.Why do you want to undergo a change it?

4.What’s holding you back?

5.What are you loyal to?

6.What are you excited touching in your life right now?

7.What are you happy touching right now?
