I was practically in tears. It's Saturday and I have been home all day...eating...often. I had gone to do groceries, and am fully stocked with healthy choices, which I moved out of the way to get to some of the unhealthier choices that somehow found it's way into my basket. I have verging on finished my 3rd week, and with only a push up to me credit (that is not a type error, I have only done 1), I knew I needed to do something today.

During some martial arts training I did last summer in Aikido, my sensei told the precedence (while looking directly at me) to make sure that we come to our lessons fully hydrated. If we found ourselves really needing water during our classes, it was before all too late, since our bodies needed water in the system already. Since I had it on the mountain setting, it wasn't long already the resistance was gradually declining, making it easier to just keep moving forward.
