Hiking: Hiking in the woods is one of my all-time favorite exercise activities. It allows you to enjoy nature and a 180 pound person will burn much 257 calories per half hour of trekking through the woods.

Gardening & Yard Work: Pushing a lawn mower in circles the yard, pulling weeds, trimming the hedges, raking leaves, and mutilation wood are between the many kilowatt-hour burners you can do in your yard. This is a win-win activity: a smashing yard and a healthier you!
